Recently the SLO County board of supervisors decided on cannabis regulations, and as it stands the county will not allow store-front shops and may stop production for several local growers . Originally aired, December 05, 2017
Only a handful of current local growers currently qualify to grow under the new regulations, effectively putting many other local growers out of business. Sean believes that the struggle to compromise with city regulators will have a negative economic impact on the county, and hopes that the board of supervisors can compromise with the public to make some revisions soon.
