How to use our Pets CBD Tincture:
The following are guidelines for dosing CBD in dogs, cats, and other small mammals. Always consult with your veterinarian before beginning CBD therapy for your pet.
We recommend adding the appropriate amount directly into your pet’s mouth, since CBD is better absorbed through the tissues of the mouth than the digestive tract. If this is not possible, drops can be added to your pet’s food.
For acute attacks or specific situations, give every 8 hours or 30-60 minutes before needed. For general anxiety uses, give once or twice a day. You may need to experiment to find the right dosage, but we recommend starting with a low dose of 0.25 ml and slowly increasing the dosage by .25ml until you achieve desired results. Do not exceed dosing guidelines without speaking to a veterinarian first.
PET DOSING GUIDELINES:
When measuring doses for your pet, we recommend using the included measuring pipette or a similar precision measuring instrument. Our pipette measures liquid volume in milliliters (mL), and the volumes indicated below reflect these measuring increments:
