How do I place an order?
Shopping on our website is simple and easy to do.
- Choose your product(s) and how many you want by adding them to your shopping cart
- When you’re done, click on the cart icon in the top right hand corner and choose view cart / checkout
- Fill in your billing details and choose a payment method
- Tick the Terms & Conditions box
- Finally click “Place Order” and you’re done!
What are the payment methods you offer?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Can I check my order status, and if so how?
We send all our orders with “Track & Trace”, so you can track a package once it hits the USPS system. You are, of course, always welcome to contact us directly for an update as well.
How long does it take before I receive my Golden Apple products?
We send via USPS priority mail. So, once your package gets shipped you should receive it in 1-3 days.
Where do you ship to?
We ship domestically to all 51 states in the USA.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship internationally. But, we’re hoping to do so in the future. Check out the website regularly for updates.
How much does shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all our orders!
Do you offer any guarantees on your Golden Apple products?
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not, simply return the unused portion of the product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
What do I do if my products were damaged during shipping?
Please let us know and send us a picture. We will replace any product that happens to get damaged during shipping.
