The city’s current plan is to have three storefront recreational cannabis stores downtown, but some members of the board are urging the city to increase this number. Only one company out of all the of cannabis delivery services here on the Central Coast has been awarded a state license, compared to Santa Barbara and Monterey County which both have more than 100 state licenses issued currently.
